Shipment Schedule:

All koi shipments will be scheduled either on Tuesday or Thursday. All koi shipments will be shipped overnight using Fedex. Flat fee for every koi box is $125. The number of koi will be limited to the following per box (this is subject to change depending on time of the year and temperature). Final shipping cost is subject to change based on the number of koi purchased.

Koi > 19” - one per box
Koi > 16“ - two per box
Koi < 16” - four per box
Koi < 10” - six per box

Delivery Policy:

You MUST be present to receive all koi deliveries. Failure to recieve koi at the time of delivery, relieves Koi & Things of all responcibility for the death of the fish. We DO NOT refund any shipping costs involved in koi lost in transport. You cannot return any koi purchased. No refunds on koi, unless in the case of “Dead on Arrival.” Then a picture must be taken of the fish with the tail cut off and emailed to us within 2 hours of arrival. A refund will be given for the koi only. Once the koi is in your pond, the responsibility for its health and well being is up to the owner.
